Why book directly with us?
When you book directly with us, you pay less by avoiding third-party booking fees and receive the best available rates.
Do you have a minimum night stay?
Minimum stay requirements vary throughout the year. Most reservations require a minimum stay of two (2) nights, while prime holiday weekends typically require a three (3) night minimum.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon).
How does check-in work?
All Red Door Retreats properties offer self check-in through secure keyless entry. Check-in instructions, including the property address and your entry code, will be emailed to you approximately 48 hours prior to arrival.
Is parking available?
Yes, onsite parking is available at all Red Door Retreats properties.
Do you provide Wi-Fi and TV streaming services?
Yes, we provide high-speed wireless internet and Smart TV streaming access, allowing guests to log into their favorite apps such as Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+.
May we bring a pet?
Up to two (2) dogs are permitted per guest reservation only with prior approval, a signed Pet Addendum, and payment of the applicable Pet Fee(based on length of stay). No other pets are permitted without prior written approval. Guests are solely responsible for any damage, injury, or disturbance caused by their dog(s).
Guests bringing dog(s) to the property agree to the following terms:
- Dogs must be attended to at all times.
- Dogs may not be left unattended at the property under any circumstances.
- Any damage caused by dog(s) must be reported promptly.
- Guests must clean up after their dog(s) and properly dispose of all pet waste.
- Dogs must be rinsed free of dirt, sand, and debris and dried thoroughly before entering the house.
- Dogs are not permitted on bedding or furnishings.
- All dogs must be housebroken.
- Guests must prevent their dog(s) from causing excessive noise or creating any annoyance, disturbance, or discomfort to neighbors or others.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring the rental property is safe and suitable for their dog(s).
- Guest agrees to be responsible for any damages, additional cleaning and/or treatments that may be required due to not following the above rules.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30 days before check-in
- 50% refund if cancelled 7–30 days before check-in
- No refund within 7 days
- Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking as long as check-in is not imminent
Payment & Fees
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- We accept all major credit cards, as well as Zelle and Venmo.
- Cleaning fees vary by property size and range from $125–$250.
Do you offer trip insurance?
Be aware that we do not offer refunds for weather related incidents outside of our control. We ask that all guests traveling to the area purchase travel insurance to protect their trip.
